COPPELL, Texas, Sept. 28, 2022 – Vari, the innovative workspace solutions company formerly known as VariDesk, has formalized its ongoing commitment to doing what’s right for its fans, employees and the planet with the creation of an environmental, social and governance (ESG) program.
Creating a formal commitment to an ESG program will enable the company to ensure that intentional, measurable progress is made toward its goals. Founded in spring 2022, Vari’s inaugural ESG Committee is charged with identifying ambitious and achievable improvement benchmarks to challenge the company and drive change that is good for all.
Leaders from key areas across the company with diverse roles and backgrounds will come together to drive the ESG Committee. These members share a passion for aligning Vari’s goals with a commitment to create a positive global impact.
To focus on this strategy, Vari is evaluating processes for each of the ESG pillars. This evaluation includes seeking suppliers that aim to reduce emissions during manufacturing (environmental), continuing to promote pay equality (social), establishing company-wide ethics training (governance) and much more.

This is precisely why we formed the ESG Committee and why, moving forward, we will start issuing regular ESG reports,” said Vari CEO, Jason McCann. “This new initiative will create intentional focus and tangible goals.
