Risk-Free Returns Policy for Online Purchases

Our mission is to elevate the way people work and we want to make sure you have the best workday possible. That’s why we offer an online purchase 30-Day Risk-Free Returns Policy to try our solutions in your space. If you don’t love your product, let us know and we’ll arrange a free return.


For purchases made on vari.com, if you’re not satisfied with your new Vari product for any reason, you may return the product in its original packaging within 30 days of the date of purchase and receive a full refund if the product qualifies as an Eligible Product, as defined below. Vari also covers your return shipping costs for Eligible Products.


What's Covered

Eligible Products:

  • Any Vari product meeting the below requirements and conditions, which is not included in the definition of “Ineligible Products” under this Return Policy, and which is also purchased and delivered within the contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada.
  • Any product damaged during shipment from Vari to you.

Requirements and Conditions:
  • Purchases must have been made on vari.com or business.vari.com.
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of the date of purchase as shown on the applicable invoice or receipt.
  • All products must be returned to Vari in the original packaging.
  • Each package being returned must include a FedEx shipping label that includes an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization number) from Vari.
  • All products returned must be in "like-new" condition, as reasonably determined by Vari upon receipt.
    • For purposes of this Return Policy, "like-new" means the condition closely resembles the condition of the product when shipped from Vari to you.

Shipping and Freight Costs

Vari will cover the shipping costs required to return Eligible Products, provided that the customer follows the steps and instructions provided by Vari.

  • You are responsible for dropping off the return shipment at a FedEx store.
  • If you're returning an Eligible Product that was delivered via freight service (not FedEx), you'll need to have the Eligible Product brought out to your curb for no-cost pick-up.


Refunds

Upon Vari’s receipt of the returned Eligible Product and confirmation that it qualifies under this Return Policy, Vari will issue a full refund to the original payment method within seven to ten (7-10) business days.


What's Not Covered

  • Returns requested more than 30 days after the date of purchase are not covered by this policy.
  • All “Ineligible Products” as defined under this Return Policy are not covered.
  • Ineligible Products:
    • Any product designated as “Non-Refundable” or “Non-Returnable” on the Vari website or product packaging, or within any product manual or other Vari product documentation
    • Any free accessories included with the purchased product, including (but not limited to) extra parts, tools, desk hooks, cable wraps and coasters.
    • Items sold as “Open Box” products on vari.com
    • Products returned to Vari without an RMA number.
    • Any returned items that are not received by Vari in "like-new" condition, as defined above.
      • Refunds will not be issued for any returned products showing significant signs of wear, damage, or defects that were not present when shipped by Vari.
    • Samples: Sample products are meant to be kept and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
    • Any product which, under the Vari Warranty, listed at www.vari.com/warranty-policy.html, would not be covered due to, for example, and not limited to, misuse or abuse, normal wear and tear, or damage due to relocation of product.
  • Any additional assistance or services required to return the item(s) that were not originally paid for by the customer are not covered by this Return Policy and are not eligible for return or refund.


Process to Request a Return

  • Call 1-800-207-2587, or visit us at vari.com/contact-us.html to get started
  • Vari will then send you an email with a case number (RMA#) for your return, along with instructions for what to do next.
    • Vari will create a pre-paid shipping label and send it to you. The shipping cost is paid by Vari.
    • You are responsible for delivering the returning Eligible Product to a FedEx store location (except for freight-delivered items as noted above).
